Outside the RACES room is the EOC within the Emergency Operations Center. During activations, this room is staffed by representatives of the Delaware National Guard, Delaware Department of Transportation, Delaware State Police, Civil Air Patrol, Verizon, Delmarva Power, Delaware Electric Cooperative, the Red Cross, Sussex County Paramedics, and other organizations we need to resolve the situation. Directly in front of the 'Big Screen' are telephone operators manning the storm hotline.
